Studio Policies

A creation fee is paid to reserve Dennis' time and to cover a portion of the materials used in creating your portraits. The creation fee also covers your personal consultation and projection services. It is separate from the purchase of your finished portraits. The creation fee is paid at the time your portrait session is scheduled.

Personal attention is a tradition at Craft Photography, studio hours are reserved by appointment only. So that we may offer extraordinary personal service to all our clients, we ask that you respect our cancellation policy. Our policy is simple, if you need to make any adjustments in your appointment day and time please give us as much notice as possible. If you don't arrive for your scheduled appointment, without calling to cancel, your session fee will be forfeited. We understand that emergencies arise (i.e., sudden onset illness) we ask that you call and notify the studio as soon as possible.

We recognize that a fine portrait is a sizable investment, therefore, we want you to be comfortable with the selections you make. Because of the many styles and prices of our portraits, we will assist you with your selection in the studio. One week after your portrait session we will schedule a time for you to come in and preview your beautiful images. It is important that you plan for about 60-90 minutes of your time. You will be viewing your images through our innovative projection system, allowing us maximum flexibility to show you each image at its best! Anyone who will be significant during your purchase decisions should come with you at this time, as you will be placing your order during this scheduled appointment. If you have any questions about this procedure, please ask us prior to your portrait session. Although children are always welcome in our studio, you may find it to your advantage to make other arrangements for them during this appointment.

Portrait photography is a custom product. It is designed, photographed and created for you alone. Craft Photography will make every effort to insure that you receive the portrait of your dreams.

Payment Options: For your convenience we gladly accept, Visa, Mastercard, personal checks, and cash. A minimum payment of 50% of the portrait order is due at the Preview Appointment. For orders over $750 an easy 3 -Step Payment Plan can be arranged.

At Craft Photography we are consistently striving to create the very best possible product for you. To insure that we can deliver you the very highest-quality portraiture, finished portrait orders take six to eight weeks to complete from the date the order is placed.
